The Middle East’s biggest cycle challenge is BACK for its ninth year in December and it’s time to start prepping for your challenge.

The 92km ride is hotly anticipated by the cycling community, and those new to the sport, or looking to get back into it – and this year is going to be a cracker.

But you don’t need to dive right into that 92km, don’t worry – there’s plenty going on in the run-up to the big event that will get you ready and rearing to go.

The first build-up ride is next week!

So waste no time signing up to this. On Friday September 7, the first of four build-up rides is a great way to get involved if you don’t know where to start AND there’s an assortment of delicious brekky treats provided by Spinneys.

You’ve got to sign up asap, as registration closes on September 5.

And enjoy a chill-out in the Spinneys Cycle Village after your ride!

It’s a great way to get involved in the cycling community, make new friends AND get fit – plus it means you’ve earned your lazy Friday breakfast so you can chill for the rest of the weekend.

There are also bikes and helmets to hire so you don’t have to splash too much cash on gear, and Revolution Cycles will be cycling alongside any newbies at the first event.

There are four build-up rides in total

• October 26 (65km)
• November 23 (85km)
