HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai was spotted out and about a number of times over the course of this week.

Most recently with his daughter Sheikha Al Jalila. The picture was posted to Instagram by HRH Princess Haya, wife of HH Sheikh Mohammed.
