7. Glass

The sequel to 2016’s Split will give viewers a distinct background to the ties between Elijah Price or Mr. Glass, David Dunn and Kevin Wendell Crumb. All the characters from Director, M. Night Shyamalan’s, other movies 2000’s Unbreakable and Touchstone.

This drama/fantasy film will have you following the narrative as all three characters combine their super strengths to defeat the Monster.

6. Instant Family

Sometimes all one needs to beat the summer heat blues is to stay in and cuddle up to an adorable chick flick or comedy/drama. Instant Family, starring Mark Wahlberg and Rose Byrne tells the tale of a couple who find themselves in a bit of a rut after fostering three children.

5. Mary Queen of Scots

History buffs, inhale-exhale, because this film will take your breath away.

Period films transport us to a different time and place, and Mary, Queen of Scots does just that. The movie chronicles the conflict between Mary, Queen of Scots and Elizabeth I and the resulting 1569 Rising of the North.

Nominated for Oscars, BAFTAs and SAG awards, this movie is a must especially due to the incredible performances of both Saoirse Ronan and Margot Robbie.
