Al Safadi just hit a huge milestone… 25 years of serving Lebanese food loved across the UAE!

And to mark the moment, the brand has officially launched Al Safadi Hospitality, a new umbrella that brings all their concepts, ideas, and big future plans under one home.

From one family restaurant to a full hospitality group

What started in 2000 as a small family-owned spot has grown into one of the UAE’s most recognised Lebanese dining names.
Al Safadi has served millions of guests, stayed true to old family recipes (yes, the Muhammara has never changed!), and today runs with a team from more than 18 nationalities, many of whom have been with the family for almost three decades.

This strong foundation is now shaping the group’s next era.

Introducing…Al Safadi Hospitality!

The new hospitality umbrella pulls everything together:

  • The Al Safadi restaurant brand
  • Their additional concepts, Oventine modern Levantine QSR brand and Table 25 premium, uplifted existing catering brand
  • Al Safadi Food Production, a massive new Central Production Unit
  • Growth plan for restaurant expansion and new ventures from B2B partnerships to retail line that will soon bring Al Safadi products to your home, from ready to eat, ready to cook or ready to heat

This structure helps the group grow smarter and bigger without losing the consistency, culture, and heritage that made it popular in the first place.

A 5,000sqm production facility to power the future

Al Safadi just opened a 5,000 sqm Central Production Unit in Dubai Production City that can produce up to 45,000 meals a day.

It’s stacked with European kitchen tech, high-standard hygiene zones, and energy-efficient systems that align with the UAE’s sustainability goals. It’s also undergoing HACCP and FSSC certification and has already been nominated for an MEP Middle East Award 2025.

This facility will support Al Safadi’s restaurants, catering services, and future brands, ensuring consistent quality and seamless operations across all ventures.

New concepts and a growing pipeline

  • Table 25: A premium catering brand offering bespoke dining for private and corporate events. It now goes beyond Lebanese food with international menus, live stations, and custom buffets.
  • Oventin: A modern, oven-led Levantine concept born in 2024. Think manakish, flatbreads, and wraps for today’s fast-moving diners.

And that’s not all… new Al Safadi restaurants are coming soon to Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi!

A warm anniversary celebration

The milestone was celebrated with a private gathering at their new Central Production Unit, bringing together the Safadi family, long-serving team members, and partners. The event featured documentary videos about the brand’s heritage, a virtual tour of the new facility, and a performance by Guy Manoukian… all hosted by TV personality Mohammed Kais.
