The Thai Fusion menu has been designed through a partnership of award-winning chefs. Chef Amara Mahayotheem from Thailand comes with TWO decades of experience cooking authentic Thai cuisine, including one spent woking at The Blue Elephant, the world famous Thai resto. Chef Erwan Stadler from France has travelled the world discovering and experimenting with a vast array and fusion of flavours and ingredients and the two have now joined forces in Bambooda.
