The land of fresh summer breeze, beaches and loads of tapas. These are just some of the words used by celebrity chefs Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer, founders of the Barcelona-inspired tapas bar and resto at City Walk to describe the set-up of their venue.

Toro+KO, known for its urban, NYC with a Barcelona-twist feel, mouthwatering gastronomic dishes, and lively atmosphere. Just like Barcelona’s many beachside tapas bars.

And for the festive season, the two chefs have brought over an exclusive set menu that’s defo an experience not to miss.

Ensalada Nochebuena, Torrijas and Pavo asado español are among the stars of this festive menu

Roast turkey stuffed with mushrooms, a Spanish Christmas salad, and Spanish-style French toast with cranberry cinnamon sorbet will end this festive set menu beautifully

That’s what chefs Ken and Jamie believe in, and diners will get a sense of this the moment they step foot into this hip restaurant.
