Q: How are you preparing for Dubai Fitness Challenge
I been doing fasted cardio EVERYDAY for the past 6 years as I’m an international athlete and weight or hit workout every afternoon in my break. Covid changed a lot but I have learned from my experience how to keep myself active even at home with low-cost equipment’s. I had mini GYM in my parking and I believe whoever follows me was having fun of the daily snaps I post with my partner DiI 😂
Q: What type of exercises do you do in order to prepare?
No prep needed other than good music, good coffee, good sport shoes 👞

Light and colourful

Q: Tell us about your daily fitness routine and has COVID-19 changed anything in your exercises?
My fitness routine is 4 times a week. I like to rest after each day of exercise because I try to burn more than 1000 calories in a day and keep my intermittent fasting diet.
In COVID I was not in the mood to work out or even do my cardio, but I was lucky to have Aeebeh next to me who motivated me to workout daily, not only motivated but also forced me sometimes😁

Different colour outfits, locations and having fun in the process

Bright and colourful

Good rest, a good playlist, energy drink.
Q: What is it like being friends and content creators at the same time? Does it get competitive?
It doesn’t get competitive for me, because all of them are talented and creative their own way ❤️

Centrepoint has a wide range of clothing, there’s something for everybody there in addition because I buy so many workout clothes it’s nice to find cute outfits with a reasonable price tag to go along.
Q: What is it like being friends and content creators at the same time? Does it get competitive?
It’s amazing! My friends motivate me and we have brainstorming sessions together and come out with great results. They’re so supportive of me as I am of them. It’s lovely to have like-minded people around you!

Hard! Only because I wanted to have everything!
Q: What have you done this time different for the White Wednesday campaign that you have not done before?
I’m usually in London so being here in Dubai with other content creators that are my friends and working on the same campaign has been really fun. It didn’t feel like a campaign, more like a fun shopping trip with friends.
Q: How are you preparing for the Dubai Fitness Challenge?
Preparation for me is mostly a mindset. I have to prep my mind before my body and think about the benefits of fitness and how it improves my life. I spend a lot of time reading and watching different types of exercising.
Q: Tell us about your daily fitness routine and has covid changed anything in your exercises?
Covid has definitely changed my fitness routine but potentially for the better as it’s made me think of alternative ways of exercising. Not just going to the gym and lifting weights as I would usually do. Now I enjoy home workouts just as much and even going for a jog.
Q: What type of exercises do you do in order to prepare?
I enjoy weight lifting but also resistance bands workouts have become a favourite of mine. Bodyweight exercises can also be so much fun and surprisingly challenging.
Q: What type of outfit did you choose or recommend for the challenge?
Something comfortable but something that also makes you feel good and confident. Buying new workout clothing sometimes motivates me to workout even more.
