Dubai’s gearing up for the MOST wonderful time of the yearrrr, and 2018 is going to be the BEST one yet, for many reasons.
Plenty of residents look forward to the fun that ensues – from the festive markets with fake snow (LOVE) to the turkey delivery, the fun brunches and the brilliant Christmas decorations that adorn hotels, malls and the like.

There’s a new festive market in town, and if its sister market is anything to go by, this is going to be THE place to be for everyone from Santa and the elves, to Rudolph and Buddy the Elf.
The Creekside Festive Market at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel is a fab new festive market opening up and will see plenty of games, fake snow, festive stalls and delicious Christmas goodies for eating.
The classic Souk Madinat Festive Market will also be on at Fort Island, on the same dates, and both will be filled with festive activities including gingerbread decorating, snow-fights, ice-skating, Christmas carols and more! It’s the ULTIMATE place to celebrate the silly season.
It’s on from December 20-28 at both Jumeirah Creekside Hotel and Madinat Jumeirah.

British gastro pub, Dhow & Anchor, at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel is dishing up a British style Christmas lunch for AED310 per person.
At Nomad – within Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, there’s a sprawling alfresco buffet for AED365 per person including house drinks.
The stunning outdoor terrace at Burj Al Arab, Scape is serving up a Californian fusion four-course Christmas lunch for AED550 per person.
Mediterranean seafood, sprawling views of the Jumeirah shoreline and Burj Al Arab, and a gorgeous outdoor terrace – Rockfish does Dubai Christmas just right. Enjoy Christmas Day brunch a la carte style form 12.30-3.30pm, or dinner at 6.30-11.30pm.
