Dubai’s first award-winning lifestyle restaurant eat well is opening its second branch in DIFC with a grab and go concept that’s going to put TASTY in healthy food.

Dubai’s ever-burgeoning health scene is making it difficult to keep track of all the restos that open up practically every month, but eat well is one concept that’s miles ahead of the pack because of its one simple MANTRA: healthy food can be just as delicious.

Imagine entering into a world full of healthy options that will not only nourish your body but will take self-care to a whole new level

All the meals served at their existing restaurant in Za’abeel (as well as in their upcoming DIFC one) are gluten and refined sugar free with plenty of flavours to boot. It wants to take the effort out of healthy eating, so you can expect plenty of paleo, vegetarian and vegan options as well.

All ingredients used in their meals are organic (where possible) and packed with healthy goodness. Although many options are tailor made for vegans and vegetarians, there is still plenty available for meat-eaters too.

That’s not all, eat well also features a cozy reading area for adults and a kids’ area for your little ones to play in, that means your weekends are pretty much SORTED.

It also houses the eat well Bistro, which serves organic coffee, muffins, and grab and go sandwiches.

The new DIFC opening will also have a SIMILAR grab and go bistro, perfect for peeps who are pressed for time but don’t want to compromise on the quality of their meals.
