From The Screen To Pages: 7 Reads For Those Who Prefer Books Over Movies

Avatar

They say that books are to the mind what food is to the body… and we can’t help but agree!

Sitting down with a good book and letting your imagination run wild – there’s really nothing like it. So when we heard Emirates Airline Festival of Literature AKA Emirates LitFest was bringing together over 200 authors in one of the world’s leading international literary festivals, we took note!

What’s more, there are experiences for everyone from readers and non-readers to self-improvement, entrepreneurship, slam poetry, PLUS the authors behind the stories of some of the best TV and movies recently seen on screen: House of Gucci, Bridgerton, Chernobyl 1984 and more!

So, here’re 7 best books as seen on screen

If you’ve watched the following movies and tv shows over and over, then their book versions will be right up your alley (and don’t miss the chance to meet the author and get exclusive juicy behind the scenes titbits). They say that the book version is always better than what you see on screen. The little details, the in-depth plotline, the emotions and the clarity, are only a few reasons why books will ALWAYS outdo motion pictures.
