YES you! An 18 month programme gets you on the road towards becoming GM in a leading hotel

Introducing the Hilton Elevator Programme.

It’s the graduate programme that gives you the opportunity to travel! You’ll be based in two hotels, each for nine months across countries such as Nigeria, Kuwait, UAE, South Africa, Turkey, KSA and Morocco.

You’ll also receive well-rounded on-the-job experience across all hotel sectors and the chance to network with senior Hilton business leaders.

It’s hard work but the pay off is worth it

The highly regarded Hilton Elevator Programme assigns students to a property where you’ll have regular regularly check-ins with the GM, you’ll also complete a learning plan from one of Hilton’s senior talent managers.

The industry is about building on experience and within five to eight years after you complete the course you could be in line to become GM of a hotel.

What do you need to know

To be eligible for this course you must have graduated between July 2017 and August 2019 with a bachelor or master’s degree and available to start in full-time employment on September 1, 2019.

You must have a MEA nationality and be willing/able to live and work in MEA countries.
