Someone out there knows what the people want.
If you grew up in England or Ireland in the late 90s or early 2000s, you’ll know Father Ted quotes better than your times tables and we could sit here all day and out quote you but instead… the important stuff: THERE’S A FATHER TED THEMED BRUNCH HAPPENING AT MCGETTIGAN’S AND YOU NEED TO HEAR ABOUT IT.
A brief history: Father Ted is a TV show that told the story of three Irish priests living on a remote island off the coast of Ireland with their housekeeper, Mrs. Doyle who pushes tea on anyone who comes near the house – This won’t do it justice… just go watch it.
Dubai peeps right now…
The brunch will be filled with lovely ladies and Mrs Doyle herself will be pouring the tea… well an actress playing Mrs Doyle, but you get the gist!
The food and drinks will of course be flowing (the McGettigan’s Friday brunch is an institution for a reason) and there’ll be big prizes on the day for best dressed (think Father Ted and just go nuts!).
Full four hour brunch packages from AED230 – make your bookings now
There’s no turning back once brunch ends, so take advantage of the epic drunch deal from 5pm.
Live tunes all day from Father DJ Jay followed by Suckin Diesel at the post brunch party!
Asdal O’Hanlon will be performing on November 8 at The Baggot, McGettigan’s and what better way to get in the father Td mood than to catch his show? Hurry and get your tickets here
(Info about ‘McGettigan’s Presents Ardal O’Hanlon Live’ here)
