Many challenges and obstacle courses come-and-go throughout the year, but this one in particular is up there with the greats.
Under the patronage of Crown Prince of Dubai and the Chairman of Dubai Sports Council HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (who is always involved in the MOST adrenaline-pumping activities), the NAS Night Challenge is a 4km night-time obstacle race and it’s back for another huge year.
The course has evolved and along with some of the classics you can expect some new additions to the course on your journey to the top prize.
Strength and physical ability will be key to jumping, swinging, and climbing your way to the podium position. The atmosphere is always electric; expect fire pits, neon-lighting and lit obstacles on the way… this course is seriously cool!

Last year saw 2,000 participants take on epic challenges across two separate dates during the Holy Month of Ramadan and this year will be much of the same.
The event brings all communities, ages and nationalities together and everyone is invited to take part (you can register here now).
The event is fantastic motivation for anyone who is fasting to continue exercising throughout the Holy Month and Mr. Hassan Al Mazrooai, the Tournament Manager stated it’s all about positivity; ‘sports and physical activity are a source of happiness and positive energy and events like the NAS Night Challenge help spread that message to a wider audience.’
