A world-famous pizza spinner is in town, and trust us, this man has skills.

World Champion Pizzaiolo Acrobat, Chef Pasqualino Barbasso is coming back to Dubai, to renowned Italian resto, BiCE Ristorante at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah to display his talents. Back by popular demand, Pasqualino will have performances nightly, where guests can indulge in a specialised pizza menu starting from AED65.

The chef will be delighting guests at the popular JBR restaurant with his dough swirling techniques – you need to see this in person!

Pizza swirling doesn’t get much better than this and Pasqualino will even be giving some guests the inside scoop into how to perform pizza acrobatics at home.

There’s a special pizza menu prepared for the event and pizzas start from AED65!

Loosen your belt and prepare to tuck into creations designed by Chef Pasqualino Barbasso including ‘SOTTO-SOPRA’, made with fresh mozzarella and peeled tomatoes, ‘ZITTO E MANGIA’ made with Mozzarella cheese, smoked scamorza cheese, spinach and beef sausage and there’s even a delish vegan pizza on the menu; ‘LA VEGANA’ is made with rocket, peeled tomato, button mushrooms and marinated tofu.
