Starting October 10th, every Friday from 7 to 10:30 PM, guests can soak in the stunning views at Hilton Dubai Palm West Beach while indulging in a feast for the senses

Picture this: the sun setting over Dubai Marina, JBR, and Bluewater’s Island, cocktails in hand, and the infectious beats of DJ GROOVEGOUNDZ setting the mood. Whether you’re gathering family, friends, or work buddies, this is the perfect spot to kick off the weekend in style.

And the brunch itself? Pure indulgence.

From AED 249 for the soft package, AED 329 for the house package, to AED 429 for the premium package, all options are packed with mouthwatering dishes and free-flowing drinks

Start with fresh salads like feta & zhoug fattoush, Jones chicken Caesar, or spice roasted cauliflower & crispy chickpea. Then dive into starters like chicken karaage with sambal mayo, crispy calamari, shrimp or veggie tostadas, and a cold seafood station with black mussels and cocktail shrimp.

For mains, expect slow-cooked lamb with chimichurri, chicken rotisserie, marinated flank steak, and a mixed seafood paella brimming with mussels, prawns, calamari, and sea bream.

And don’t forget dessert!

From cheesecake and crème brûlée to chocolate fudge cake and Jones’ famous carrot cake, your sweet tooth is in for a treat
