Dubai Design Week is BACK.
It’s been a year of missing our favourite events so we are DELIGHTED to announce that the region’s biggest creative festival, taking place at Dubai Design District is in full swing and the schedule is jam-packed with activities!
The week-long event is FREE, it’s running from November 9 until November 14 and it’s a seriously cool mix of installations, retail experiences, pop-ups, workshops, exhibitions and it’s taking place outdoors in a large, open and safe setting!

The Dubai Design Week Marketplace – A large outdoor space filled with artisans, creatives and entrepreneurs who received small grants to take part in the exhibition (only November 13/14)

The MENA Grad Show – 50 exciting projects aimed to improve and transform lives
UAE Designer Exhibition – work from locally based creatives
d3 Architecture Festival 2020 – projects from top regional architects
The Makers Programme- activities for all ages, exploring leather crafting, embroidery, robotics and more
Kids from 5 and up can join pottery making, dying fabrics, learning traditional weaving techniques, a design walk or Ghaf seed planting (only November 13/14)

With 1,600 applications from 60 countries around the world, this Global Grad Show is proudly the most diverse to date.
The new Downtown Design Digital Fair lets you navigate the show virtually and you’ll find Dubai Design Week’s talks programme and the d3 Architecture Festival Talks are all available digitally this year.
Focusing on topics that play key roles in the industry today, Downtown Design’s virtual talks programme ‘The Forum’ will feature leading international and regional architects and designers including acclaimed designer Aline Asmar d’Amman, design journalist and opinion-maker Max Fraser, French product designer Sacha Walckhoff and leading Indian architect Nuru Karim, and you can watch it all from home!
