This UAE-Based Team Stepped In To Help Stranded EU Citizens Make It Back Home Safely

When global airline disruptions left travelers stranded, a UAE-based team quietly stepped up to help people get back home.

Healthcare and emergency response company Response Plus Holding – along with its subsidiaries ICATT Response Plus and Prometheus Medical International – organised a repatriation mission from the UAE to Europe

The goal was simple: help people to get back home to their families safely.

A lifeline for many stranded travelers

The coordinated operation focused on assisting vulnerable passengers who were stuck due to the travel disruption.

Among those who received their help include Italian citizens, an elderly British national, families traveling with young children and passengers who required additional medical oversight during the journey.

“I am very grateful for their excellent organization of today’s flight from Sharjah to Bergamo which will allow many Italian stranded tourists to return home”

He also acknowledged the support of philanthropist Shamsheer Vayalil, who played a key role in enabling the mission.
