Why you ask? Because Chef Massimo Bottura has welcomed his first restaurant outside of Italy to W Dubai – The Palm. So, Dubai foodies, be prepared to be transported back to traditional Italy at Torno Subito.

Food as authentic as in Italy itself, Torno Subito opened its doors to Dubai in February 2019 and features a playful menu whilst staying true to Italian traditions. The concept has also fused with a few Dubai touches to give customers the best-of-both-worlds.

The restaurant is based on Massimo’s childhood memories of Rimini in the 1950s, so expect everything colourful, casual and vibrant. It’s EXACTLY what you need to unwind with family and friends after a long day.

The talented chef’s menu comprises of an unconventional modern salad, made up of 14 ingredients!

From the Salad to Focaccia with Robiola cheese and truffle, get your palates ready for a myriad of flavors bursting in your mouth.

A picture-perfect Italian escape, eat away and live La Dolce Vita

Indulge in a Fassona Beef Tartare with an entire array of Mediterranean ingredients, followed by a scrumptious folded pizza filled with mozzarella, scamorza, cheese, broccoli, and spicy salami known as Calzone. Sink your teeth into the flavors of the sea with Polpo, the restaurant’s roasted octopus, green pea velvet and crunchy pickled vegetable dish. As for dessert, you MUST try the famous Tiramisubito, an extra light tiramisu with espresso sorbet, mascarpone and chocolate crumble. YUM!

As the sun goes down, a traditional and playful Aperitivo kicks in every evening from 6 – 8 pm daily with fabulous bevvies and bites.
