Two weeks ago we saw one of the hottest temperatures EVER recorded in the world. highs of 54°C were recorded in North West Kuwait and now we’re seeing the consequences of that heat. The below video was allegedly shot in Kuwait and shows the back wheels of a truck after it has sunk into a road surface.
