We are used to dare-devils in Dubai, whether isn’t parkour on roof tops, jet-men, or very extreme stunts. But this takes it to a whole new level. This unnamed BASE jumper, take a drive from 200 meters up from the edge of the balcony. Thankfully, we do see his parachute opening before his disappears through the clouds. 

Even with a clear view, the thought of a BASE jump is terrifying, but this from a building above the clouds is too much
