The roads flood, traffic’s a nightmare but the biggest question of all hangs over schools, will they stay open, will they shut… and you can imagine the KHDA, (the Knowledge and Human Development Authority) Dubai’s education authority who have the final word on whether all schools will remain open or not, had to deal with a load of questions from cautious parents on Sunday night, when the rain began to pour.<\/p>\n
