<\/p>\nIn a recent article by Gazette Review,<\/a> the\u00a0UAE was listed as the 6th “fattest” country in the world. Although, the actual \u00a0statistics\/research behind the article is unclear\u00a0(they didn’t say), a number of other sites have also listed the UAE within their top 20’s.<\/a><\/p>\n We’re not going to debate the truth to these numbers (according to Zurich International Life 47.5% of UAE residents are overweight and 13% are obese), everyone in Dubai knows that we all rely a little to heavily on the food delivery system, taxi’s and hover\u00a0boards and that we should all be looking towards the future of our health a little more.<\/p>\n Thankfully though, when it comes to health and wellbeing\u00a0the powers that be here in Dubai lead by example and\u00a0have ensured\u00a0that we have an amazing exercise-and-health-friendly environment to help us maximise our healthy potential.<\/p>\n 10.
