We know there are many reasons that would make Dubai an ideal location for a wedding proposal. Beautiful backdrops, fine weather, luxury dining, and fancy\u00a0hotels. Of course,\u00a0Paris has a certain romantic charm that almost no city can compete with, however, you could understand why some people come to Dubai with their loved ones, either on holiday, on their honeymoons,\u00a0or to propose marriage.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A Lovin Dubai reader, who we\u00a0will leave anonymous\u00a0for obvious reasons, is planning to pull off a wedding proposal in Dubai on New Years Eve. After reading our\u00a0mega list of New Year’s Eve parties<\/a>, he wasn’t any wiser whether one of these would be suitable for a marriage proposal.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“I’m hoping that you will be able to help me. I’ll be coming to Dubai to celebrate NY. I’m also hoping to propose and was wondering with your experience of being out in Dubai and your fantastic blog, where I could go.<\/p>\n

I’ve read your blog re: NY dinners<\/a> and I still have no clue. The following are my requirements:<\/p>\n

1. She will be wearing a dress and I a suit\/black tie
2. Good food
3. View of the fireworks: either Burj or the Palm
4. Good entertainment
