*Updated 10:42pm

Much like he has found a clever way to get Mexico pay for the wall, he is finding a way to ban Muslims back targeting predominantly Muslim populated countries from entering the U.S. He has targeted seven countries by saying they pose a threat to national security and aides say an order will be issued to block visa’s from these nationalities.

U.S presidents are often judged on their first 100 days in office, that is going to be especially true for Donald trump. He has wasted no time this week in getting about his business and working towards implementing some of the campaign promises. From signing executive orders to withdraw from the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) deal, rolling back Obamacare, to plans being made to build the wall on the Mexican border, it certainly looks like he is going to deliver on what he said he would do.

Big day planned on NATIONAL SECURITY tomorrow. Among many other things, we will build the wall!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 25, 2017

All of these are largely Muslim nations. In addition to this, he will impose a ban on refugees entering the U.S. according to Reuters. This is within his legal rights but may cause issues with existing agreements such as a resettlement deal with Australia. It’s unclear if he will go one step further and impose a temporary ban on all muslims entering this U.S, but this is what he campaigned on and he is doing what he said he would so far.

No refugees are allowed to enter the U.S for the next 120 days. No Syrian’s are to enter indefinitely. It’s not yet a blanket ban on all Muslims, but in addition to the nationalities listed above, the order gives the state the power to include all Muslim countries, see sections (e) and (f) indicate this, the department of homeland security has the legal power to add countries to the immigration ban.

Trump announces a ‘Big Day’ for National Security, with a tweet of course

An order will block issuing visa’s to anyone from Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen will be issued
