Last week, President Donald Trump issued a temporary ban<\/a> on the seven countries: Syria, Sudan, Libya, Iraq, Iran, Yemen and Somalia, causing sudden surprise to a lot of people who were supposed to travel to the U.S., as well as airlines to immediately take action and notify travellers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Shortly after, we reported that Emirates, a Dubai-based airline, was offering<\/a> refunds or flight rebookings to those affected by the travel ban. However, two days ago, a Seattle judge has blocked Trump’s executive order prohibiting the entry of travellers from the seven countries into the US. Thus, now allowing the entry of people from the said countries back in the U.S.<\/p>\n

Due to this,\u00a0Emirates and Etihad airlines are now accepting passengers,\u00a0previously banned,\u00a0to travel from the UAE to the United States<\/h3>\n

\u00a0The U.S. Customs and Border Protection has officially informed airlines this week\u00a0to allow\u00a0passengers from the said seven countries travel to the U.S., as long as\u00a0that they have valid visas\u00a0and documents.<\/p>\n

Although airlines such as:\u00a0Air France, Lufthansa and Qatar Airways,\u00a0have continued and complied with the U.S. Customs’ order, other airlines\u00a0are waiting to see how the conditions\u00a0would progress prior to making a decision to allowing passengers aboard their US flights again.<\/p>\n
