You no longer need a <a href=\"https:\/\/lovin.co\/dubai\/en\/latest\/you-no-longer-need-a-pcr-test-to-enter-abu-dhabi-starting-tomorrow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PCR test<\/a> to enter the capital, and Abu Dhabi Police are welcoming residents back with a fabulous gesture.
