They\u2019ve listed on their website that the financial requirement to apply for a three-year visa is now Dh750,000.<\/p>\n<h2>This amount was earlier Dh1 Million.<\/h2>\n<p>This visa was initially for just two years and that\u2019s now been extended to three years.<\/p>\n<p>To apply for this three-year visa one has to show that they\u2019ve bought property worth Dh750,000 or more at the time of purchase. This is part of DLD\u2019s Taskeen Programme that also allows investors to sponsor their spouses too.<\/p>\n<h2>There\u2019s another five-year visa that the UAE offers but that requires an investment of Dh5 Million.<\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Dubai Land Department\u2019s website has a major update for investors in Dubai.
