It was said that Epichlorohydrin, used in pesticides, was also in tea bags. Dubai Municipality\u00a0said people shouldn&#8217;t be deceived and set the record straight. There are clear directives in place for the production of all tea in the UAE and an emphasis that\u00a0Gulf and international rules are applied.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Comprehensive tests to make sure tea is safe<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"content__quote\">\n<p>&#8220;[Items] have to undergo a comprehensive analysis to make sure that they are free from anything that is detrimental to the health and safety of consumers and the community in Dubai.
