With new laws being implemented in Dubai, including the laws regarding passengers being required to wear seat belts, more than 1,200 drivers have already been booked in July.\u00a0<\/p>\n
And the latest law may see plenty more fines issued, with one of the new laws being an AED1,000 fine for rubber necking when driving past accidents.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The law, obstructing or blocking roads during accidents will see drivers slapped with the fine.<\/p>\n
The term relates to drivers craning their necks to observe what has happened at an accident on the side of the road – which can create huge delays on arterial roads in Dubai.\u00a0<\/p>\n
