Du has just made a statement claiming that they are open to making agreements with VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocols) services such as Whatsapp and Skype.<\/p>\n
Over the last month, the UAE has experienced a complete blockage of Skype, with the service coming back a few days later.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Users in the UAE are still experiencing issues with using the application to call through the service to other Skype users.\u00a0<\/p>\n
