They are providing much-needed relief to the people in the region. The aid package is a testament to the UAE&#8217;s dedication to alleviating the suffering of those affected and fostering stability in the region. Therefore, contributing to global efforts for peace and humanitarian relief.<\/p>\n<h2>The UAE sent 25 tonnes of urgent relief aid to Palestine as part of the Tarahum for Gaza campaign<\/h2>\n<p>The nation d<span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">ispatched a plane carrying <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">25 tonnes <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">of <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">food<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">, <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">medical<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">, and <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">relief supplies<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> to El Arish city in the Arab Republic of Egypt. All in preparation for entering the Gaza Strip via the Rafah Border Crossing, in coordination with the UN World Food Programme. Additionally, the provision of humanitarian aid is part of the campaign which was launched in October. This campaign collected and prepared relief packages aimed at mitigating the severity of the ongoing Palestinian humanitarian crisis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sultan Al Shamsi, the Assistant Minister for Development and International Organisations Affairs, highlighted the UAE&#8217;s air bridge delivering essential supplies to ease the suffering of vulnerable groups, particularly children, who make up almost half of Gaza&#8217;s population.
