{"id":9638,"date":"2018-03-18T11:13:24","date_gmt":"2018-03-18T11:13:24","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2018-03-18T11:13:24","modified_gmt":"2018-03-18T11:13:24","slug":"emirates-anticipates-high-traffic-for-spring-break","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lovin.co\/dubai\/en\/announcements\/emirates-anticipates-high-traffic-for-spring-break\/","title":{"rendered":"People Flying From DXB Airport This Week Are Expected To Follow This One Important Rule"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"c-adunit c-adunit--mpu\">\n<div id=\"mpu\" class=\"c-adunit__container\"> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Emirates is expecting a peak in traffic as plenty of visitors are expected to pass through Terminal 3\u00a0this weekend ahead of the spring break.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The busiest time for departures will be on\u00a0Friday, March 23 from morning and continuing all day on both\u00a0Saturday 24 and Sunday 25.<\/p>\n<h3>Announcement for the travellers\u00a0\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>Because of all the ongoing road and construction works, Emirates is encouraging travellers to arrive early and travel with extra time in hand to avoid delays and make your journey seamless.<\/p>\n<p>It will open its check-in counters six hours before a flight\u2019s departure, but ask passengers to get to the airport at least three hours before their flight time.<\/p>\n<p>Passengers are also expected to check in no later than 2 hours prior to departure, class of travel notwithstanding.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Important Instructions<\/h3>\n<p>Customers who attempt to check-in less than 60 minutes before their scheduled flight will not be accepted for travel.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You can also check in online anytime\u00a0from 48 hours to 90 minutes before your departure.<\/p>\n<p>Emirates is\u00a0also offering car park check-in\u00a0facilities with their 16 check-in counters, all located in Zone C. You can use these to check in and drop off your luggage.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Always remember\u00a0to adhere to carry-on baggage weight limits, which are 7kg for Economy Class and 14kg for Business and First Class.
