Salman Khan was handed a five year’s prison sentence at a court in\u00a0Jodphur on Thursday.<\/p>\n

The case was based on a twenty year old poaching incident, which involved the famous Bollywood actor killing\u00a0two blackbucks, a rare species on antelope,\u00a0in Bhagoda ki Dhani in Kankani village near Jodhpur in 1998.<\/p>\n

Khan, along with four other co-stars were charged, however only Khan was handed a prison sentence.<\/p>\n

Khan will also pay the equivalent of approximately AED550 in fines.<\/p>\n

Salman Khan had to visit Jodhpur for 20 years on regular basis for case hearings, He has suffered enough. Though Law is equal for all , but i feel Salman doesn\u2019t deserve to go in Jail. Hope upper court will dismiss the lower court verdict . #BlackBuckPoachingCase<\/a><\/p>\n
