We also joined a fun cooking class with Chef Fabrizio Marino, where we made gnocchi from scratch, such a simple dish, but surprisingly satisfying to prepare.
The session was all about experimenting with fresh, plant-based ingredients and learning how flavorful vegetarian food can be. It was less about perfection and more about enjoying the process – cooking, tasting, and laughing along the way!
