Usually a case at the Dubai Court can take up to 300 processing days but a new announcement will see a decline to 30 days.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The change comes with the announcement on Monday by the Dubai Courts to merge the first instance court, the appeal court and the cassation court – merging them together will cut costs and push efficiency<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n By combining the three courts together, a case is then heard by the three judges in the same month to cut processing time rather than separate judgments.\u00a0<\/p>\n .@DubaiCourts<\/a> unveils \u201cC3 Court\u201d, that aims to revolutionize judicial system, slashing time frame of cases to only 30 days.
