<\/p>\nA new FIFA World Cup promotion is coming off a little bit sexist, with its promises of a ‘WAGS area’ for the World Cup.<\/p>\n
It says ‘footie is not just for the boys’, with offerings of a special females’ area during World Cup matches.<\/p>\n
It also refers to women as ‘worldies’ which one savvy twitter user pointed out – is a ‘world class goal’ meaning referring to someone attractive.<\/p>\n Football term. A ‘worldie’ is a sensational goal i.e. world class.
