Living in apartments is part of Dubai life for many. We have so many towers, and villas are SO expensive that many of us end up living in our flats for many years.<\/p>\n
There are plenty of benefits to living that apartment life – no garden to maintain, no maintenance of rubbish removal, 24hr security, having a pool without paying the DEWA for it.<\/p>\n

1. The 15-minute drive just to get out of your building’s car park<\/h3>\n
Your parking is either four floors below ground level, in the basement, or it’s four floors up. Either way, you spend your life winding down the drive just to get onto the street.<\/p>\n
