Maitha bin Adai, CEO of RTA&#8217;s Traffic and Roads Agency.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTraffic studies indicate that the probability of traffic accidents where motorists are using mobile phones while driving is four times higher than those not using it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We were keen to ensure that this awareness message is creative, attractive and has a global implication. It is intended to serve the Dubai Traffic Safety Strategy endorsed by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum this year, comprising four pillars highlighted by traffic safety.
