Every night of the week you’ll find free running club<\/a> meets throughout the city, and whether you’re a keen runner or new to the sport, there are plenty of tracks and running routes around the city to get to know.<\/p>\n

And now there’s a great big run, happening in February on a notably iconic route to get you motivated!<\/p>\n

Runners of Dubai assemble: An official race will take place on Dubai Canal. The event has a maximum capacity for 2,500 runners, so registering early is a must.<\/a><\/p>\n

The RaceME with OIC- Bupa Global Run is happening on February 15<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n

Choose 1km, 5km or 10km<\/h3>\n

The event is open to all ages, whether you want to walk it, complete 5km or challenge yourself to 10km.<\/p>\n

You’ve got heaps of time to get in shape, and RaceMe has provided training programmes for all levels – learn more here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

With a route along the iconic Dubai Canal and a view of Tolerance Bridge, you’ll fly it!<\/p>\n

AED50 for kids<\/a> and parents are welcome to join their kids for free<\/p>\n

The event kicks off at 7am on February 15 (arrivals from 6am)<\/p>\n

It’s a tarmac run and there will be plenty of water and aid stations along the way<\/p>\n

Parking not available – public transport or taxis recommended!<\/p>\n
