Internet feeds are chock-a-block full with the trend, which gives people the chance to share then-and-now pictures of themselves, one a decade old and the other relatively recent. 2008 I was at 140kgs, depressed, hit rock bottom for the 3rd time in my life, border line broke. What needed to change? Absolutely nothing but me.. I had to find my self once and for all, stop looking at myself as the victim, we all have issues in our lives .. it\u2019s how we come out on the other side that makes us who we are, above all, never compromise happiness. .. ..
