R\u00fcya (Turkish meaning for dream) is set to grace Dubai’s dining scene in\u00a0Q3 of 2016.<\/p>\n
The Anatolian\u00a0restaurant, lounge and bar by\u00a0d.ream Group (Do\u011fu\u015f Restaurant Entertainment and Management)\u00a0will be led by executive chef Colin Clague (his resume includes work experience at\u00a0Burj Al Arab,\u00a0Zuma London,\u00a0Zuma Dubai,\u00a0Qbara\u00a0and Jean Georges Dubai).<\/p>\n
Restaurateur\u00a0Umut \u00d6zkanca’s vision is to highlight the culinary diversity of Anatolian cuisine and\u00a0establish the first internationally recognised Anatolian restaurant in the world. Good luck to him and his team!<\/p>\n
