Let’s face it, there aren’t a whole lot of activities that are ‘fun for the whole family’ (though many claim they are). <\/p>\n

A study<\/a> conducted by Majid Al Futtaim found that 93% of UAE residents are happiest when spending time together with their families…but less than one third (30%) spend more than five hours together.<\/p>\n

We’ve gone out and found some great ways you can spend time with your family, so you’ll be happy and they’ll love it too!<\/p>\n

Eating together<\/h3>\n

A simple way to spending quality time together is through enjoying meals without distractions. Whether you cook the meal at home, or head out to eat, great times can be had – just make sure to leave your devices off the table.<\/p>\n

If you want something a bit interactive, try a sushi train to entertain the kids!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Beach day out<\/h3>\n

Okay, it’s a bit of an obvious one, but who doesn’t love the beach!? It’s great for kids to burn off that excess energy, and to get some vitamin D, while you enjoy the beautiful sunsets and relax.<\/p>\n

Plus the older children can go paddle boarding or kayaking.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Movie time<\/h3>\n

With so many great kids films out (that have adult jokes in them too – thanks Dreamworks), it’s easy to go out to the cinema, and have a great night. If you have little ones, try the kids’ cinema at Vox in Mall of the Emirates – it’s designed especially for children and there’s even a party room attached!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
