Some UAE residents have been receiving shady WhatsApp messages from a foreign number, asking if they’d like to be part of a casting call for a Game of Thrones season 8.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The number signs off as Nina Gold – the casting director of Game of Thrones and the latest Star Wars episode – The Force Awakens, with a photo of Gold as the profile picture.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The number also asks the person to send pictures.\u00a0<\/p>\n
However there’s no indication this is real, and many residents have confirmed they received the messages.\u00a0<\/p>\n
