How can I create a Lovin-Merch account?
Getting started with us is easy. Click on our Sign Up page. Fill in the required fields – we’ll need your name, email address and desired password (minimum length of password is 8 characters).Click ‘Create Account’.That’s it! You’re now part of the Lovin family!
Can I create multiple accounts?
Yes. However, you will have to use a different email address for each account that you create.

Browse through our range of products and look for lovin-Merch item of your interest. Click on the Lovin product you want to buy; this will take you to the Lovin-Merch product page. Select your preferred (Quantity-City Logo-Size-Colour) if applicable and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. The Lovin product(s) you’ve selected will be added to your cart. Choose between ‘Continue Shopping’ in Lovin Merch if you would like to add more items or ‘checkout’ with the items in your cart. To view your Lovin-Merch cart, click on the ‘Cart Icon’ on the top right corner of the page. If you are a returning/existing Lovin Merch customer, please enter your Login details to proceed. If you are a new Lovin customer, register here with your contact details. Choose your delivery address to proceed. Once you’ve reviewed your Lovin order, click on the “Place Order” button to receive your Lovin-Merch Order Lovin shopping!

Inside, you will find any fragile items that have been protected by biodegradable air packs, and the box can be recycled when its job is done.

What is Lovin-Merch’s return policy?
Products can be returned within (timeframe discuss it with the supplier) days of receipt if eligible, Products that are eligible for return have the – “Enjoy hassle-free returns with this offer” tag under offer details. Returns require notification before acceptance. Refunds may take 10-15 business days after processing. Unused, unworn, with intact tags and packaging Lovin-Merch reserves the right to reject returns not meeting guidelines. Customers may not receive a refund if the product is ineligible. How does Lovin Merch Cash on Delivery work ?
If you prefer not to make an online payment, you can opt to pay in cash upon receiving your order. But with extra Shipping Fees the order whole amount should be more than 350 AED for the COD to be applicable. The amount indicated during Lovin-Merch checkout is the exact sum you’ll need to pay, covering Lovin product price along with shipping and carrier charges.
Are there any guidelines for Lovin-Merch Cash on Delivery?
Certainly, there are a few regulations for COD orders: • Certain items in Lovin order may require payment via prepaid methods only (Credit & Debit cards, Buy Now Pay Later options, Wallets, etc.) • COD isn’t applicable for doorstep delivery collection, locker delivery, or gift addresses. • Customers may be restricted from placing Cash on Delivery orders if they have too many open orders awaiting delivery.
How can I add or delete my card info from theLovin-Merch account?
• Adding a new payment card: • During checkout, any card you choose to pay with will automatically be saved against your account. You can then use the same card(s) for future orders. • Deleting a payment card: • Login to your Lovin-Merch profile. • Under your profile, click on the ‘Payment’ tab to view all your saved cards. • Click ‘Delete card’ to remove your card from your Lovin profile.
Is it safe to save payment card details in my Lovin-Merch account?
• We don’t store your credit or debit card information, and neither does anyone else. You can remove your card details from your Lovin-Merch profile whenever you want. • We save your card details in your Lovin-Merch profile just to make it easier for you to pay for your orders.
Why has my payment card been blocked?
There could be several reasons for this. It’s best if you contact your issuing bank to check the status and resolve such issues. We unfortunately would not have any control over this.
Why is my payment denied?
• There can be several reasons for a card payment to be denied. • For debit cards, the reason is almost always due to insufficient funds. • For failed credit card payments, it might be due to outstanding payments or insufficient credit. • Kindly contact your issuing bank to find out the reason for any unsuccessful payment attempts.
