Browse through our range of products and look for lovin-Merch item of your interest. Click on the Lovin product you want to buy; this will take you to the Lovin-Merch product page. Select your preferred (Quantity-City Logo-Size-Colour) if applicable and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. The Lovin product(s) you’ve selected will be added to your cart. Choose between ‘Continue Shopping’ in Lovin Merch if you would like to add more items or ‘checkout’ with the items in your cart. To view your Lovin-Merch cart, click on the ‘Cart Icon’ on the top right corner of the page. If you are a returning/existing Lovin Merch customer, please enter your Login details to proceed. If you are a new Lovin customer, register here with your contact details. Choose your delivery address to proceed. Once you’ve reviewed your Lovin order, click on the “Place Order” button to receive your Lovin-Merch Order Lovin shopping!
On the cart’ page, you will find an option to add your Lovin-Merch coupon code, enter your code and click on ‘Apply’.If the Lovin coupon code is valid, your order summary will change to reflect the applied discount.Click ‘SECURE CHECKOUT’ to proceed. Lovin Shopping!

You need to apply a Lovin-Merch coupon code/discount on the cart page. From time to time, we will run a promotion which gives you an auto Lovin discount that will be visible on your cart assuming you meet the criteria.
If the Lovin discount coupon has already been redeemed through your phone number, you won’t be able to use it again. Lovin shopping!

All your Lovin-Merch deliveries will arrive packaged in Lovin protective, branded packaging made from 100% recycled materials and sealed with our secure yellow tape. Inside, you will find any fragile items that have been protected by biodegradable air packs, and the box can be recycled when its job is done.

Use the “Update address” button in the “Tracking details” page found after tapping/clicking an item in the Orders tab. Updating your address may cause delivery delays depending on the proximity to the original location.
The Merchlist
Before placing your order, you can view the estimated delivery date on the product description, cart, and checkout page.
We’ll call you before delivering the order and send you an email and WhatsApp message if any of the information provided by you needs additional verification.
Products can be returned within (timeframe discuss it with the supplier) days of receipt if eligible, Products that are eligible for return have the – “Enjoy hassle-free returns with this offer” tag under offer details. Returns require notification before acceptance. Refunds may take 10-15 business days after processing. Unused, unworn, with intact tags and packaging Lovin-Merch reserves the right to reject returns not meeting guidelines. Customers may not receive a refund if the product is ineligible. Failed delivery attempts may result in liquidation if not claimed within (Discuss it with the supplier)

If you prefer not to make an online payment, you can opt to pay in cash upon receiving your order. But with extra Shipping Fees the order whole amount should be more than 350 AED for the COD to be applicable. The amount indicated during Lovin-Merch checkout is the exact sum you’ll need to pay, covering Lovin product price along with shipping and carrier charges.
Certainly, there are a few regulations for COD orders: • Certain items in Lovin order may require payment via prepaid methods only (Credit & Debit cards, Buy Now Pay Later options, Wallets, etc.) • COD isn’t applicable for doorstep delivery collection, locker delivery, or gift addresses. • Customers may be restricted from placing Cash on Delivery orders if they have too many open orders awaiting delivery.
• Adding a new payment card: • During checkout, any card you choose to pay with will automatically be saved against your account. You can then use the same card(s) for future orders. • Deleting a payment card: • Login to your Lovin-Merch profile. • Under your profile, click on the ‘Payment’ tab to view all your saved cards. • Click ‘Delete card’ to remove your card from your Lovin profile.
• We don’t store your credit or debit card information, and neither does anyone else. You can remove your card details from your Lovin-Merch profile whenever you want. • We save your card details in your Lovin-Merch profile just to make it easier for you to pay for your orders.
There could be several reasons for this. It’s best if you contact your issuing bank to check the status and resolve such issues. We unfortunately would not have any control over this.
• There can be several reasons for a card payment to be denied. • For debit cards, the reason is almost always due to insufficient funds. • For failed credit card payments, it might be due to outstanding payments or insufficient credit. • Kindly contact your issuing bank to find out the reason for any unsuccessful payment attempts.
Sometimes we need to put your payment on hold. This means that even if your payment goes through on your end, we might hold it on our system temporarily for security reasons until we’re sure it’s all good.
