Moments later, armed thugs burst in, beating him and stripping him of his phone, cash, ATM card, and other valuables. The attackers, led by a woman named Amna, blindfolded him and transported him to an undisclosed location. Qamar’s ordeal didn’t end there. The gang demanded a whopping Rs 1 million for his release. Despite their threats and repeated beatings, he managed to survive the harrowing experience.
