Back to school with a fresh schedule!

As summer vacations wrap up, the Federal Directorate of Education has announced new school timings to ensure a smooth and efficient start to the new academic year. These changes, effective from August 5, 2024, aim to enhance the overall educational experience and adapt to the seasonal and logistical needs of the city.

Starting from August 5, 2024, the new school timings are as follows:

For Single-Shift Institutes:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Friday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm

For Morning and Evening Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm (Monday to Thursday), 7:30 am to 12:30 pm (Friday)
• Evening Shift: 2 pm to 7 pm (Monday to Thursday), 2:30 pm to 7 pm (Friday), with no break time

Pre-I (Montessori/Prep) Classes:

• Monday to Friday: 8 am to 12 pm

Ex-F.G. Colleges Classes:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 2 pm
• Friday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

These new timings are designed to streamline school operations, making it easier for students and teachers to adjust after the long summer break!

The adjustment also takes into account the need to avoid peak traffic hours and the extreme heat during midday, ensuring a more comfortable and productive learning environment.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to adjust their schedules accordingly to align with the new timings. This change is also a great opportunity for students to start planning their study routines and extracurricular activities around the new schedule.
