From lane indiscipline and red signal breaches to driving without a license and speeding, the crackdown has left no room for mistakes on the roads.

But that’s not all…ITP didn’t stop at just issuing fines.

They’ve impounded 18,000 vehicles and motorcycles across the city…

If you’ve been cutting corners with traffic laws, chances are your ride could have been scooped up during this strict enforcement campaign.

Adding to the heat, 135 anti-encroachment drives took place to tackle illegal parking and obstructions. With forklifts clearing out the trouble spots and personnel deployed at strategic points, ITP has been stepping up its game, especially around key spots like Srinagar Highway and the Expressway.

So, road safety is up, and there were zero fatal accidents during the New Year’s Eve celebrations…big win for the city’s safety!

But public opinion is divided. While many are applauding ITP for tackling traffic chaos head-on, others are wondering if these heavy-handed measures will create long-term changes, or just more traffic jams?

One thing’s for sure…ITP is here to keep Islamabad’s roads safer than ever!
