He slammed the educational system by saying, \u201cWhen your focus is not education but everything else. No surprise that only one University in Pakistan is in top 500 and that too after 450.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The administrators, security team, janitors, and other non-teaching staff are also been commanded to have proper hygiene and a proper dress code to be followed. The security teams and janitors are instructed to have a proper uniform with related shoes.<\/p>\n<p>The students always have dress codes and are fined when they are not having, a proper dress code. Students have no such effect of the newly implemented law.
