Weather Reports Predict That There Won’t Be Any Heavy Rainfall in Jeddah In The Next Few Days

Remember the heavy rainfall that resulted in floods we all witnessed a week ago?

Well, according to the General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection, there will be no more of that heavy rainfall in Jeddah in the next following days..

Except a few light drizzles here and there.

Rumors were spreading that heavy rains would strike the city again on Monday 

Howevever, (GAMEP) responded to these rumors by saying… 

There will not be more than a light drizzle in Jeddah if any. There is no need for residents to panic. We circulate the latest weather forecast on Twitter and other social media platforms using infographics to make it easier to understand.”

Residents are advised not to trust other sources but the meteorology authority’s main website 

Rain is also expected in areas, such as:

  • Tabuk
  • Al- Jouf
  • Hail
  • Qasim
  • Jazan
  • Asir
  • Al Baha
  • Makka (coastal areas)
  • Madinah

Saudi Gazette reports that the temperature will remain average in Makkah, Madinah, jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam.
