In a recent interview, Al Baik’s CEO Rami Abu Ghazalah, said that Al Baik aims for excellence in all aspects. He added that none of their meat is minced, and “what people see is what they get”. 

5. They’ve actually opened a branch in Malaysia 

In 2016, they opened an Al Baik in Kuala Lumpur.

7. The making of the famous 18 secret herbs and spices took 3 YEARS to make! 

Yep, Al Baik’s secret recipe took that long for the two brothers who owned it to create. According to Al Baik’s official website, they have to prepare these recipes in unknown locations and transport it to the central kitchen to further prepare. 

All that mystery was well worth it
